1. Shipping Costs by Zone and Countries:
   • Zone 1: $11.89
     • Countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates.
     • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.
   • Zone 2: $29.95
     • Countries: Italy, Sweden, Norway, Tunisia, Lebanon, Belgium, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom (UK), New Zealand, Morocco, Greece, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, United States(US), Denmark, Australia, and Canada.
     • Delivery Time: 7-9 business days.
2. Customs Fees:
   • Some countries, such as the USA, Canada, and several European nations, charge buyers customs fees. The buyer is responsible for paying and settling these amounts before receiving the product.
3. Delivery Restrictions:
   • We are unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes.
4. Order Tracking:
   • A tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of your order.
   • Use the tracking number on Aramex’s website to monitor your delivery status.
5. Delayed or Lost Shipments:
   • If your order does not arrive within the specified timeframe, contact us at khaled@goodnesscare.com.

   • Delivery time: 3-9 business days, depending on the delivery Zone (Sat-Thur)
   • We use Aramex as our shipping partner. Last-mile and local deliveries in several countries may be made through Aramex partners such as UPS.
