Social Media Specialist

Location: Flexible / Remote

Goodness Care seeks a skilled Social Media Contractor with a passion for health and wellness and a talent for crafting engaging social media content tailored to B2B and B2C audiences. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategy, and proficiency in design, aiming to strengthen our brand’s presence, foster community engagement, and drive consumer and business partnerships through compelling social media initiatives.


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that effectively targets B2B and B2C segments, increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Design and create visually appealing posts that resonate with our diverse audience, including infographics, short videos, and other creative formats highlighting our products and services.
  • Analyze social media trends and audience preferences to ensure relevant and impactful content, adjusting strategies to meet evolving market needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall business goals, ensuring a cohesive message across all channels.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of social media activities using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Engage with our online community, responding promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and inquiries, enhancing customer experience and relationship building.


  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating engaging content for B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Excellent design skills, proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and an eye for aesthetics suitable for social media platforms.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills can deliver messages that engage, inform, and drive action.
  • Strategic thinker who can analyze data, identify trends, and adapt strategies to maximize social media engagement and reach.
  • Independent and motivated, comfortable working remotely and managing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the health and wellness industry is a plus, demonstrating an ability to connect with the target audience’s values and needs.
