Goodness Care: Jordanian Developer of Supplements, Medical Devices and Cosmeceuticals

Updated September 2026.

Goodness Care is a Jordanian healthcare products company, founded in January 2016 and headquartered in Amman, that develops medical devices, food supplements and cosmeceuticals and produces them through two GMP- and ISO-certified contract manufacturers. Our products reach patients through pharmacies, and we work with one exclusive distributor per country. We are looking for new distribution partners and we also offer regulatory and product development services to brand owners.

If you are researching pharmaceutical companies in Jordan, one point is worth knowing from the start: Goodness Care works in the regulated non-drug categories that pharmacies stock alongside medicines. We do not develop products classified as pharmaceuticals. Our team, however, comes from Jordan’s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, and we apply the same discipline to formulation, documentation and quality.

Who we are

Goodness Care is the trading name of المتعددة لصناعة مستحضرات التجميل, a company registered in Jordan. Since 2016 we have focused on one thing: developing premium, science-based health products that fill real gaps in the market, rather than adding another “me-too” product to a crowded shelf.

Our product categories

  • Medical devices, such as topical gels and an oral ulcer solution
  • Food supplements, including digestive enzymes and omega-3 products
  • Cosmetics and personal care, including cosmeceutical products

How we develop and make our products

We manage the full development process ourselves, from the first concept to market launch. Our team handles market research, ingredient selection, formulation, prototyping and testing. Production is carried out under contract by two GMP- and ISO-certified manufacturers: one produces our medical devices and cosmetics (UlcerMagic, Scarless, LibiTight, Alphamale Gel and Sunshield), and the other produces our food supplements (Goodness Digestive Enzymes, D-Omega Drops and Goodness Krill Oil). This lets us keep tight quality control while delivering products efficiently. We source high-quality, certified ingredients and do not cut corners on cost.

Our team

  • Raed Salah is a pharmacist who has worked in pharmaceutical research, development and manufacturing since 1993. He has held Quality Control Manager, R&D Manager, Production Manager and Technical Director roles at Jordanian pharmaceutical companies including Philadelphia Pharmaceuticals, Jerash Pharma and Sana Pharma. He leads product development, R&D, regulatory affairs, sourcing and manufacturing.
  • Khaled Salah has an engineering background and has held product, business development and program roles at Souq.com, PwC, Yahoo and Maktoob. He leads partner relations, commercial contracts, business development, marketing and sales.

Why partner with a Jordanian healthcare company

A country with a strong pharmaceutical tradition

Jordan’s pharmaceutical industry dates back to 1962 and has grown into one of the country’s leading export sectors. The Royal Hashemite Court describes it as strongly export-oriented, and Jordan’s Department of Statistics, as reported by the Jordan News Agency (Petra) in March 2025, recorded Jordanian pharmaceutical exports reaching 85 markets in 2024. Our founders built their careers in this industry, and our quality and documentation practices come from it.

A clear, independent regulator

Medicines, medical devices and food in Jordan are overseen by the Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA), an independent public body established by law in 2003, with its permanent law passed in 2008. Several of our products are registered with the JFDA, and D-Omega Drops is also registered with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority. For a distributor, this means products arrive with an established registration history and documentation.

What you get from working with us

  • Differentiated products: we look for unmet needs rather than saturated categories, so our partners are not competing on price with dozens of look-alike brands.
  • Direct access to technical founders: questions about formulation, stability or registration go straight to the people who developed the product.
  • Regulatory know-how: in-depth knowledge of the requirements for medical devices, cosmetics and food supplements.
  • Regional understanding: we are based in the Middle East and our product information is published in Arabic, English and French.
  • Ethical partnerships: we work with partners who share our commitment to integrity and honesty, and we put our distributors’ success first.

Our exclusive distributor partnership model

We appoint one exclusive distributor per country. The distributor holds the rights for our portfolio in its territory, manages registration and supply to pharmacies, and builds the brands locally, with our full support.

What partners receive

  • Exclusive market rights for our medical devices, food supplements and cosmetics in your territory
  • Marketing support: marketing materials and campaigns, digital assets and guidelines, product training and education materials, and market entry strategy support
  • Technical support: full regulatory documentation, quality assurance support, product registration assistance and ongoing technical consultation
  • Healthcare professional support: doctors, pharmacists and nurses in your market can submit medical inquiries through our healthcare professionals page
  • Pipeline access: early visibility of products in development

Who we are looking for

  • An established presence in healthcare or pharmaceutical distribution
  • Strong financial capability
  • Existing relationships with key stakeholders, such as pharmacies and healthcare professionals
  • A shared commitment to quality and innovation

Our target regions are the Middle East, Africa, and Central and Western Asia. Goodness Care products are already present in markets including Jordan, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Armenia and Ghana.
