Goodness Care products are available in pharmacies in Jordan and through our distributors in several countries. For online orders placed on this website, we ship with Aramex. The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your country.

If your country is not listed, we cannot ship to it from this website yet. Please contact us and we will point you to the nearest distributor or pharmacy.
Delivery times
- Order processing: 1–2 business days (Saturday to Thursday). Orders received after 24:00 (GMT+3) are processed the next business day.
- Jordan: 1–3 business days.
- GCC & Egypt: 3–7 business days.
- Worldwide: 7–14 business days. This includes Denmark, Australia and Sweden.
- These are estimated delivery times based on typical transit; they are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Customs duties and taxes
Some countries, for example Canada and several European countries, charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are paid by the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.
Tracking, restrictions and delays
- We send you a tracking number when your order ships. You can follow your delivery on the Aramex website. In some countries the final delivery is made by an Aramex partner such as UPS.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
- If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us with your order number.
