Symptoms of Dyspareunia

  • Dryness 
  • Vaginal secretions burn
  • Persistent irritation, burning, and pain 
  • Recurrent, intractable vaginal infections 
  • Inability to tolerate speculum exams 
  • Painful penetration during intercourse
  • Pelvic floor spasms 
  • Decreased sex drive 
  • Dysmenorrhea – painful menstruation 
  • Urologic symptoms
